MARTIN, John Lenard (Len) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Len in his 53rd year on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 in his favourite place, The Villages Florida. Loving husband and best friend of Valerie. Beloved son of the late James Lenard and Betty Martin. Dear father of Michelle (Dean) Jacklith and their children, Tanner, Madison and Logan. Dear father of Len Jr. Step-father of Michael Morrison, Mandy and Phil Occhionorelli and their daughter Olivia. He will be dearly missed by his sisters Joyce (Ron), and Bettyanne (Ken), his late brother Joseph (Erica), Jim (Corrie) and his many nieces and nephews, as well as his extended family. Len will be forever missed by his many friends both in Canada and in the United States. Len was a devoted (PITA!) District Chief with The Hamilton Fire Department and served the community for 33 years. He enjoyed golf, fishing and spending time with his close friends and family. He is now in his "Little Slice Of Heaven"! Forever Loved by your "Pud"! A full Fire Honours Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 22, 2010 at Eleven Hundred Hours at Bay Gardens, 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton, ON L8W 3M2.
