Peacefully at St Peter's Hospital on Saturday, August 4, 2001. Dearest husband and best friend of Dawn. Loving father of Rebecca Houge (Doug) and Cameron (Barb) and grandfather of Scott and Kayla. Predeceased by brothers Bob, Charles, Alec, William and sisters Doris and Elsie.

Jack was a retired Deputy Fire Chief, City of Hamilton.

Visitation at the M.A. CLARK & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 567 Upper Wellington Street, Mount Hamilton on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service on Wednesday, August 8, 2001 at 10 am in the Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation to follow.
