HOLK, Frank Robert Moore B.E.M., C.D. - With saddened hearts and wonderful memories, we announce the passing of Frank Holk in his 94th year at St. Joseph’s Villa, Dundas. Loving and devoted husband and best friend of the late Reta for 67 years. Loving father of Louisa Rudlin (Bob), Michael (Ellie) and Jacqueline Parris (Dave). Loving and proud grandpa of Kimberley (Don), Debbie (Dan), Ken (Grace), Kevin (Andrea), Kyle, Mark (Jess), Chris (Dana) and Jennifer (Noel). Cherished great-grandfather of Brittney, Alexis, Abigail, Jaylene, Regan, Indie, Harlow, Amy, Ethan, Mitchell, Corey, Cassie, Michael, Caiden, Caleb, Andrew and Andrejea. Predeceased by his brothers Jack and Terry and sister Betty.

Frank served in the Royal Canadian Navy from 1939-1945 and received numerous honours of distinction.

He then joined the Hamilton Fire Department in 1946 and retired as the Deputy Fire Chief in 1979. Frank was also an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 36 in Dundas.
