Peacefully on Thursday, April 23, 2015 with his family by his side. Loving husband of Zeltite (nee' Petersons). Adored father of Billy, Michael (1992) (Michelle), & Jennifer Johnstone (nee' Knowles). Beloved grandpa of Sierra and Alexander Knowles; Olivia, Madison, and Brittany Johnstone. Son-in-law of Hilda Sebrins. Predeceased by his brother Owen and sister Nikki Lindsay. Bill will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews and many friends. In keeping with Bill's wishes cemation has taken place.
